"TERMS AND CONDITION"

This terms and conditions article for HAJJ SERVICES from ALJABRI HAJJ GROUP FOR INTERNAL PILGRIMS HAJJ SERVICES contain paragraphs with information for RESERVATION, PAYMENTS / CANCELLATION, HAJJ PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS and REQUIRED DOCUMENTS .

 

Reservation:

  • Reservation confirmation is guaranteed only when the pilgrim complete the registration form and submit all IDs and MOI application approval is received after full payment.

Payments /Cancellation :

  • Full payment is required to be paid after reservation to confirm your booking through Ministry of Hajj provided payment channels.
  • Cancellations received will be subject to deductions declared by Ministry of Hajj (Check Here).

Hajj Package Includes:

  • Government Hajj Permission (Tasreeh) from Immigration (Jawazat).
  • Fire Proof Comfortable Air‐Conditioned Tents.
  • Air-Conditioned Comfortable Buses.
  • Delicious Verity Cuisine to enjoy.
  • Mineral Water & Tea will be served 24 hours a day.
  • Refreshments will be served 24 hours a day.
  • Transportation would be available for complete round trip i.e. (Jeddah – Mina – Arafat –  Muzdalifa – Mina – Jeddah).
  • Mattresses, Bed Sheets, Blanket and Pillow will be available in Tents.
  • Separate Arrangement for Ladies & Gents.
  • No Charges for Adjustable children less than 2 years.
  • Transportation by Train within Mashaair (Mina, Arafat & Muzdalifah).
  • Transportation for Haram (Makkah Al Mukarrama) for Tawaf Al Widah.

Hajj Package Does Not Include:

  • Cost of Qurbani / Zabiha / Sacrifice (about SR 500).
  • Transportation to Haram (Makkah Al Mukarrama) for Umrah, Tawaf‐e‐Qudoom or Tawaf‐e‐Ziyara.

Documents Required (Normal Cases: FIrst Hajj / Hajj not done in previous 5 years):

Documents Required (Special cases: Performing hajj within 5 years as a Mahram to his Wife or Mother):

  • Online Registration form (available at: http://www.yasiraljabri.com/hajj).
  • Iqama Scanned Copies sent by e-mail (to Hajj@yasiraljabri.com).
  • Jawazat Form Stamped from your Sponsor.
  • Iqama Copy (Attested).
  • Passport Copy (Attested).
  • 4 Passport Size Color Pictures.
  • Vaccination Certificate.
  • Blood Group.

Responsibility
 

The responsibility of AlJabri Group for Hajj Services as the tour operator or their agents is limited. AlJabri Group for Hajj acts only as agent for pilgrims in making arrangements for transportation, food and accommodation or any other services in connection with this tour and assumes no liability for: injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occasionally occur either by reason of defect through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or dangerous incidents in the fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, theft , epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond AlJabri Group for Hajj control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper IDs (Iqama) or other documents. AlJabri Group for Hajj will accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. AlJabri Group for Hajj shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such services. AlJabri Group for Hajj will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check‐in and check‐out times and baggage handling or baggage lost. AlJabri Group for Hajj and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour.

Moreover, no refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized.
